I hoped that with the updated software that drives the Kiosk, I would no longer see the dreaded message that sometimes appears when the kiosk times out due to inactivity (typically during 3rd shift hours). Unfortunately, sometimes, the kiosk is definitely unavailable. If you get to the kiosk and get this message, the only thing that wakes it up is to see if the arrow/cursor follows your finger as you move your finger against the screen. If the cursor doesn't move, it's likely off-line. Fortunately, movement usually generates a "please wait" reboot on the kiosk within 30 seconds but I have had to wait several minutes.
